Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan alat yang dapat menginformasikan masalah kondisi dehidrasi dalam tubuh manusia melalui warna urin, dan untuk memberikan informasi apa yang harus dilakukan oleh pengguna toilet terhadap informasi yang diberikan alat tersebut serta untuk mengetahui sensitifitas alat pendeteksi kondisi warna urin terhadap dehidrasi tubuhdan keakuratan alat dalam mendeteksi warna urin dengan menggunakan sensor warnaTCS 3200. Prosedur penelitian ini dilakukan dalam lima tahap: penyiapan sampel, pengambilan data sampel, pengembangan sistem deteksi tingkatan dehidrasi (normal, ringan dan berat), penyiapan sampel uji, dan pengujian sistem deteksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan alat deteksi ini tersusun atas sensor TCS3200 ke arduino, kemudian diprogram dengan menggunakan Arduino IDE agar hasil deteksi bisa dibaca melalui LCD 1602 terhadap kondisi dehidrasi dalam tubuh pada warna urin yang dideteksi. kemudian hasil dari sensor warna TCS 3200 sangat akurat dan sensitif untuk mendeteksi warna urin, sehingga hasil frekuensi keluaran sensor warna TCS 3200 pada urin normal lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan urin dehidrasi ringan dan frekuensi keluaran sensor warna TCS 3200 pada urin dehidrasi ringan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan urin dehidrasi berat. Selanjutnya, pengembangan sistem deteksi tingkat dehidrasi menggunakan sensor warna TCS 3200 dapat membedakan dehidrasi normal, dehidrasi ringan dan dehidrasi berat dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%.
ENGLISH:
The purpose of the research was to make a tool design that can inform dehydration condition problem in human body through urine color, and to give information about what shouldbedone by toilet user toward the information that is given by the tool and to know the sensitivity of urine color detector toward body dehydration and the tool accuracy in detecting the color of urine by using TCS 3200 color sensor. The research procedure was performed in five stages: sample preparation, sampling data, developing dehydration level detection system (normal, light and heavy), preparingthe test samples, and testing the detection systems. The research results showed that the design of this detection tool was composed by TCS3200 sensor to arduino, then it was programmed by using Arduino IDE in order to be read through LCD 1602 against the condition of dehydration in the body on the color of detected urine. then the result of TCS 3200 color sensor was very accurate and sensitive to detect the color of urine, so the result of TCS 3200 color sensor output voltage in normal urine was higher than mild dehydration urine and color output voltage of TCS 3200 in the light dehydration urine was higher than heavy dehydration urine. Furthermore, developing dehydration level detection system used TCS 3200 color sensor can distinguish normal dehydration, light dehydration and heavy dehydration, and the level of success was 100%.
