Abstract
INDONESIA:
Refugia merupakan suatu tempat yang ditumbuhi oleh beberapa tumbuhan yang dapat menyediakan tempat perlindungan, sumber pakan dan sumber daya yang lain bagi musuh alami, hama. Fungsi refugia merupakan mikrohabitat buatan yang ditanam di area pertanian dengan tujuan untuk memberikan keuntungan dalam konservasi serangga musuh alami. Kestabilan ekosistem pertanian dapat diketahui melalui banyaknya keanekaragaman dan kelimpahan serangga di lokasi pertanian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman serangga aerial yang ada pada tanaman refugia dan padi organik Desa Sumberngepoh Kecamatan Lawang Kabupaten Malang.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di sawah padi organik kelompok Tani Sumber Makmur Desa Sumberngepoh Kecamatan Lawang Kabupaten Malang, pada bulan April 2017, penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplorasi, yaitu pengambilan sampel secara langsung dan pengambilan menggunakan metode yellow pan trap untuk serangga, masing-masing stasiun dibagi 5 plot, perangkap nampan kuning dipasang 1x24 jam. Pengamatan diulang sebanyak 3 kali yaitu setiap dua hari sekali selama satu minggu pada saat padi dalam fase generatif (berbunga). Serangga yang didapat kemudian diidentifikasi di Laboratorium Optik Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Identifikasi menggunakan buku kunci identifikasi Borror dkk, (1996) dan BugGuide.net (2017). Analisis data menggunakan program PAST 3,14.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa serangga yang diperoleh sebanyak 6 ordo, 16 famili dan 16 genus. Nilai Indeks keanekaragaman (H’) serangga di ketiga stasiun secara berturut-turut 1,94 (sedang), 1,98 (sedang) dan 2,04 (sedang). Stasiun 3 paling tinggi nilai keanekaragamannya, karena padi pada fase generatif (berbunga), terdapat nektar dan lokasinya berdampingan dengan tanaman berbunga dengan warna yang cerah (refugia). Serangga yang paling dominan (C) adalah Genus Lucilia sebesar 0,2246 hal ini dikarenakan lokasi berdekat dengan tempat pembuangan sampah rumah warga, Indeks kesamaan (Cs) antara stasiun 1 dan 3 memiliki nilai paling tinggti (0,66) artinya di kedua stasiun memiliki komposisi genus banyak yang sama

Refuge is an area planted with several plants that can provide protection, food and other resources for natural enemies, pests. The function of refuge is as an artificial microhabitat grown in agricultural areas with the aim to provide an advantage in conservation of natural enemies insect. The stability of agricultural ecosystems can be known from the abundance of diversity and quantity of insects in agricultural areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of aerial insects that existed in refuge plants and organic rice of Sumberngepoh Village Lawang District Malang Regency.
This research was conducted in the fields of organic rice of Sumber Makmur farmer groups Sumberngepoh Village Lawang District Malang Regency, in April 2017, this research used exploration method, that was direct sampling and taking using method of yellow pan trap for insects, each station was divided into 5 plots, the yellow pan trap was fitted 1x24 hours. Observation was repeated 3 times every two days for one week while the rice was in the generative (flowering) phase. The insects obtained were then identified at the Optics Laboratory of the Department of Biology, Faculty of Science and Technology, State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Identification was using the identification key book of Borror et al. (1996) and BugGuide.net (2017). Data analysis was using PAST 3.14 program .
The results showed that the insects obtained was as many as 6 orders, 16 families and 16 genus. The index values of diversity (H') of insects in the three stations were 1.94 (moderate), 1.98 (moderate) and 2.04 (moderate) respectively. Station 3 was the highest in the value of diversity, because the rice was in the generative (flowering) phase, there were nectar and the location was adjacent to the flowering plants with bright color (refuge). The most dominant insect (C) was the genus of Lucilia of 0.2246 this was because the location was close to the residents' garbage dumps, the similarity index (Cs) between stations 1 and 3 had the highest value (0.66) meaning that in both stations had as many genus composition.
