Abstract
INDONESIA:
Komitmen Organisai merupakan sikap yang mencerminkan loyalitas karyawan terhadap keberhasilan oragnisasi dan memiliki keinginan untuk menjadikan organisasi ke arah yang lebih baik. Salah satu faktor yang melatarbelakangi komitmen organisasi yaitu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, 4) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur (path analisys). Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Jawa beton Mojokerto yang berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,038 ( p < 0,05 ) dan R square 0,373, 2) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 ( p < 0,05 ) dan R square 0,735, 3) kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,003 ( p < 0,05 ) dan R square 0,576, 4) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,258 dan signifikansi 0,03 ( p < 0,05 )
ENGLISH:
An organizational commitment is an attitude that reflects employees' loyalty toward the success organization and it has a desire to make the organization better. One of the factors of the organizational commitment is the style of transformational leadership and job satisfaction.
The purposes of this research are to know: 1) the influence of transformational leadership style against organizational commitment, 2) the influence of transformational leadership style against job satisfaction, 3) the influence of job satisfaction against organizational commitment, 4) the influence of transformational leadership style against organizational commitment through job satisfaction as intervening variable.
The research used quantitative approach with path analysis. The subject of this research was the employees of PT. Jawa Beton of Mojokerto which amounted to 20 people. The results of the study indicated that: 1) the transformational leadership style toward organizational commitment was obtained by 0,038 (p <0,05) significance value and R square was 0,373,2) the influence of transformational leadership style against job satisfaction was obtained 0,000 (p <0,05) significance value and R square was 0,735; 3) the job satisfaction toward organizational commitment was obtained by 0,003 (p <0,05)significance value and R square was 0,576,4) the transformational leadership style against organizational commitment through job satisfaction was obtained value of 2,258 and significance was 0,03 ( p < 0,05 )
