Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pupuk kandang sapi memiliki keunggulan persentase yang tinggi dari nitrogen dan kalium, yang memainkan peran penting dalam mempercepat translokasi fotosintesis dari dan tunas ke akar untuk penggemburan yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan kacang hijau. Dosis pupuk kandang sapi diduga dapat berinteraksi dengan kondisi kadar air tanah karena pupuk kandang sapi berpengaruh terhadap enzim tanah yang mengontrol ketersediaan unsur hara, dekomposisi tanah, dan struktur tanah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk kandang sapi terhadap pertumbuhan kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.) pada kondisi kadar air tanah yang berbeda.
Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial 2 faktor. Faktor I (Kuantitas penyiraman berdasarkan kapasitas lapang (KL)) yaitu 100% KL, 75% KL, dan 50% KL dan faktor II (dosis pupuk kandang sapi) yaitu 0 ton/ha, 10 ton/ha, 20 ton/ha, dan 30 ton/ha. Kedua faktor dikombinasikan sehingga diperoleh 12 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan ANOVA kemudian dilakukan uji lanjut dengan uji DMRT dengan taraf 5%.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk sapi 30 ton/ha yang dapat mempertahankan pertumbuhan tanaman kacang hijau pada parameter berat total biji sebesar 11,861 g/tanaman. Terdapat pemberian kadar air penyiraman 50% KL masih mampu memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi pertumbuhan kacang hijau yang memberikan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan 100% KL. Terdapat interaksi dosis pupuk kandang sapi dan kadar air penyiraman memberikan pengaruh pada jumlah polong dan berat biji pada perlakuan 50% KL+30 ton/ha yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan 100% KL+30 ton/ha.

Cattle manure fertilizer has a superiority in high percentage of nitrogen and potassium, which play an important role in accelerating the photosynthetic translocation from leaves and shoots to the roots to loosen the soil that is assumed to affect the growth of mung bean. The dose of cattle manure fertilizer is assumed to interact with the condition of groundwater level because it affects the soil enzyme that controls the nutrient availability, soil decomposition, and soil structure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a dose of cattle manure fertilizer on the growth of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) under different conditions of groundwater level.
This research used Complete Randomized Design Factorial 2 factors. Factor I (Quantity of watering based on field capacity (KL)) by 100% KL, 75% KL, and 50% KL and factor II (dose of cattle manure fertilizer) by 0 ton / ha, 10 tons / ha, 20 tons / ha, and 30 tons / ha. Both factors were combined to obtain 12 treatments and 3 repetitions. The data obtained were analyzed by ANOVA and then tested further with DMRT test with 5% level.
The results showed that there was an effect from the application of dose of cattle manure fertilizer 30 tons / ha which could sustain the growth of mung beans on the parameter of total weight of 11.861 g / plant. There was application of water level from watering 50% KL which was still able to meet the nutritional needs of growth of mung beans that gave little different results from 100% KL. There was an interaction between dose of cattle manure fertilizer and water level of watering which gave the result on the number of pods and seed weight in the treatment of 50% KL + 30 tons / ha which was not different significantly from the treatment of 100% KL + 30 tons / ha.
