Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) merupakan komoditas pangan yang belum dipenuhi permintaannya, sehingga pemerintah harus mengimpor kedelai. Faktor penyebab yang diduga adalah persediaan air tanah dari aspek kapasitas lapang. Diduga pemberian pupuk kandang kambing dapat berpengaruh terhadap ketersediaan air tanah, sehingga dapat menunjang pertumbuhan kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merr.). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk kandang kambing dan pemberian kadar air tanah yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merr.), selain itu juga mengetahui interaksi dari kedua perlakuan tersebut.
Rancangan penelitian eksperimental ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial 2 faktor. Faktor I adalah kuantitas penyiraman dengan 3 taraf yaitu 100 % KL, 75 % KL dan 50 % KL. Faktor II adalah konsentrasi pupuk kandang kambing dengan 4 taraf yaitu 10 ton/ha (377 g/polybag), 20 ton/ha (251 g/polybag), 30 ton/ha(126 g/polybag) dan 0 ton/ha (0 g/polybag). Dengan 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan ANOVA. Kemudian dilakukan uji lanjut dengan uji DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) pada taraf signifikan 5%.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh pupuk kandang kambing terhadap pertumbuhan kedelai, dengan dosis 30 ton/ha dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan kedelai hingga mencapai berat 13.1967 gram per 100 biji kedelai. Sedangkan Kadar air tanah yang berbeda juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh, dengan 75 % KL masih mampu mempertahankan pertumbuhan kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) dengan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan 100 % KL. Serta terdapat Interaksi antara kadar air tanah dibawah kapasitas lapang (50 % KL) dengan dosis pupuk 30 ton/ha mampu mempertahankan hasil produksi kedelai yakni pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah bunga, jumlah polong, luas area daun, berat 100 biji, berat total biji, berat polong dan berat kering tanaman kedelai.

Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) is commodities of food that the demand has not been fulfilled, so the government must import the soybeans. The suspected factor that causes it is the supply of soil moisture from the aspect of field capacity. It is suspected that provision of goat manure fertilizer can take effect to the availability of soil moisture, then it can support the growth of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.). The aim of this research was to determine the influence of provision of dose of goat manure fertilizer and provision of different level of soil moisture to the growth of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.), In addition to know the interaction between both treatments.
This experimental research design was done by using Completely Randomized Designs (CRD) factorial two factors. The first factor was quantity of watering with 3 levels they were 100% KL, 75% KL and 50% KL. The second factor was concentration of goat manure fertilizer with 4 levels they were 10 tons / ha (377 g / polybag), 20 tons / ha (251 g / polybag), 30 tons / ha (126 g / polybag) and 0 ton / ha (0 g / polybag). With 12 treatment combinations and 3 repetitions. The data obtained was then analyzed with ANOVA. And then tested further with DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) on level of significant 5%.
It was obtained the research result that there was influence from the provision of goat manure fertilizer to the growth soybean, by dose of 30 tons / ha could improve the growth of soybean to reach weight of 13.1967 grams per 100 seeds soybeans. While the different level of soil moisture also showed the existence of influence, with 75% KL was still able to maintain the growth of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) with result that was not really different from the 100% KL. and there was an interaction between the level of soil moisture below the field capacity (50% KL) with dose of fertilizer of 30 tons / ha which could maintain the result of soybean production namely the plant height, number of leaves, number flowers, number of peas, broad of leaf area, weight of 100 seeds, weight of peas, dry weight of soybean plant.
