Abstract
INDONESIA:
Instansi pemerintah merupakan suatu organisasi dengan kumpulan orang-orang yang dipilih secara khusus untuk melaksanakan tugas Negara sebagai bentuk pelayanan kepada orang banyak. Disiplin dan pelatihan kerja merupakan faktor peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Arjasa Sumenep.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Terdapat 5 informan yang diambil sebagai subjek penelitian, serta menggunakan komponen analisis data model interaktif dengan tiga langkah, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penegakan disiplin pegawai meliputi dari penggunaan jam kerja kantor, kemudian penggunaan fasilitas kantor digunakan dengan sesuai kebutuhan dan apabila pegawai tidak masuk kantor karena berhalangan biasanya membuat izin. Selain itu, setiap pegawai ketika bekerja selalu memperhatikan kerapian dan kesopanannya. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan pegawai pada tahun 2016 ada 5 pegawai yang mengikuti pelatihan yang diadakan oleh Pemkab Sumenep guna untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan pegawai. Jenis pelatihan yang pernah diikuti yaitu pelatihan komputer dan kepemimpinan. Penegakan disiplin dan pelatihan kerja di Kantor Kecamatan Arjasa Sumenep berimplikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai yang mengalami peningkatan. Penegakan disiplin di Kantor Kecamatan Arjasa Sumenep sudah maksimal. Kemudian pegawai mengikuti pelatihan guna meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan, dengan mengikuti pelatihan tersebut pegawai mampu menyelesaikan tugas yang diembannya dengan lebih baik.

Government agency is an organization with persons that are specifically elected to perform the task of the State as a form of service to the people. Discipline and job training are factors in improving the performance of employees in Arjasa District Office of Sumenep.
This research used qualitative approach with case study research type. There were 5 informants, and it used data analysis component of interactive model with three steps, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.
The results of this study indicated that the enforcement of employee discipline included from the use of office hours, then the use of office facilities were used to suit the needs and if employees had not not entered the office because of absence usually made permission. In addition, every employee must see the neatness and decency. With the holding of employee training in 2016 there were 5 employees who attended the training that was held by Sumenep regency in order to improve the skills and skills of employees. The type of training that had been followed was computer training and leadership. Enforcement of discipline and job training in the Arjasa District Office of Sumenep had implications for the performance of employees. Enforcement of Arjasa District Office of Sumenep Office was maximal. Then employees followed the training to improve skills and skills, by following the training the employee was able to complete the duties better.
