Abstract
INDONESIA:
Letak geografi Indonesia didominasi gunung api. Pusat Vulkanologi dan Mitigasi Bencana Geologi (PVMBG) mencatat sebanyak 16 dari 127 gunung api di Indonesia berstatus di atas normal. Banyak gunung api di Indonesia, salah satu gunung api aktif adalah Gunung Kelud yang terletak di wilayah tenggara Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur. Terdapat sebuah kamera Close Circuit Television (CCTV) di kawah Gunung Kelud untuk memantau aktifitas Gunung Kelud. Namun, citra yang dihasilkan kamera CCTV memiliki banyak faktor (noise) yang mengganggu proses capture sehingga proses pemantauan aktifitas kawah Gunung Kelud terganggu. Ada banyak metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menghilangkan kabut pada kawah Gunung Kelud, salah satu metode yang terbukti efektif untuk haze removal adalah Dark Channel Prior (DCP). DCP adalah metode menggunakan dark pixels, yaitu piksel-piksel yang memiliki intensitas sangat rendah yang disebut juga metode citra grayscale.Kemudian, dilakukan proses pengujian menggunakan Fog Aware Density Evaluation, yaitu model prediksi persepsi kepadatan kabut yang dapat membantu mengukur tingkat kekaburan dalam sebuah gambar.Prediksi didasarkan pada algoritma data yang berasal dengan membandingkan gambar berkabut dan gambar bebas kabut untuk mengukur ketidakberesan secara statistik.

Indonesia geography dominated by volcanoes. The center of Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation (PVMBG) recorded as much 16 out of 127 volcanoes in Indonesia are above normal status.Many volcanoes in Indonesia,one of the active volcanoes is Kelud Mount which located in the southeast region of Kediri Regency, East Java. There are Close Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras in crater of Kelud Mount to monitor the activities of Kelud Mount. However, the image produced by CCTV camera has many factors (noise) that annoying with the capture process. So, that the monitoring process of Kelud crater activity is disrupted.There are many methods that can be used to remove the fog on the crater of Kelud Mount,one of the most effective methods for haze removal is Dark Channel Prior (DCP). DCP is dark pixels method, the pixels that have low intensity which also called the grayscale image method.Then, the testing process using Fog Aware Density Evaluation, the prediction model of fog density perception that can help measure the level of blurring an image.Predictions are based on data derived algorithms by comparing foggy images and fog-free images to measure statistical irregularities.
