Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini mengambil permasalahan mengenai Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi, disiplin kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi yang baik akan menimbulkan rasa nyaman danmeningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan percaya jika ingin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan maka karyawan harus disiplin dalam bekerja dan dapat beradaptasi dengan budaya organisasi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruhnya disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)Tbk.
Hal ini sangat menarik bagi peneliti karena disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi yang baik akan menjadikan kinerja yang baik pula bagi karyawan. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lima faktor yaitu kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas dan kemandirian. Selain itu, yang perlu diperhatikan adalah faktor-faktor yang mendukung terciptanya kinerja karyawan yaitu disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deduktif dengan pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket. Analisis datanya menggunakan analysis jalur Path.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap budaya organisasi , 2.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan 4.Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi pertama diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Hasil uji signifikansi kedua diperoleh hasil bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini variabel budaya organisasi mewakili sebagai variabel intervening.

This research took the problem of Work discipline and Organizational Discipline Culture, good discipline of work will improve employee performance. Good organizational culture will lead to a sense of comfort and improve employee performance. The company believes if they want to improve employee performance, the employee have to be disciplined in working and be able to adapt to the organizational culture of the company. The purpose of this study is to see how it affects work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)Tbk.
It is very interesting to researcher because work discipline and good organizational culture will make better performance for employees. The performance level of employees are affected by five factors: quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence. Additionally, There are factors that have to be considered to support the creation of employee performance are the discipline of work and organizational culture.
This study used a quantitative deductive approach to collect the data by observation, interview, documentation and questionnaire. Analysis of data by using Path. The results showed that 1. Work discipline directly gives positive effect of organizational culture, 2. Based on the results showed that work discipline wasn’t give positive effect directly on the performance of employees, 3. Based on the research results showed that organizational culture affected positive effect on employee performance, 4. Based on the test results showed that the first significant work discipline variables significantly influenced the culture of the organization. The second significance test results showed that the organizational culture influenced positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, in this study showed that the organizational culture variables represented as an intervening variable.
