Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas Produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor melalui delapan variable yaitu kinerja, daya tahan, spesifikasi, fitur, kehandalan, estetika, kesan kualitas, pelayanan, apakah memiliki berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda jenis Vario pada PT. Mason Naraji Kota Malang secara parsial dan simultan.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan atau pengguna jasa di PT. Mason Naraji Kota Malang dengan mengumpulkan 110 orang responden. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden dari masing-masing variabel. Analisis menggunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji f, dan uji t.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,348 atau 34,8% .menunjukan bahwa kemampuan menjelaskan variabel independent kinerja (X1), daya tahan (X2), spesifikasi (X3), fitur (X4) , kehandalan (X5), estetika (X6), kesan kualitas (X7), pelayanan (X8) terhadap variabel Y (keputusan pembelian) sebesar 34,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar 8 variabel bebas tersebut yang tidak dimasukan dalam model.
ENGLISH:
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on motorcycle purchasing decisions that are performance, durability, specifications, features, reliability, aesthetics, quality impression, service, influence on purchasing decision of Honda motorcycle type Vario at PT. Mason Naraji Malang city partially and simultaneously.
The population in this study are the customers or users of services at PT. Mason Naraji Malang City by collecting 110 respondents. Aims to determine the responses of respondents from each variable. Analysis uses include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, f test, and t test.
Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis of Adjusted R Square value of 0.348 or 34.8%. Indicated that the ability to explain the independent variable performance (X1), durability (X2), specifications (X3), features (X4), reliability (X5), aesthetics (X6), the impression of quality (X7), service (X8) to the variable Y (purchase decision) of 34.8% while the rest of 65.2% explained by other variables outside the 8 independent variables are not included in the model.
