Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menemukan: (1) Perencanaan Strategi Pengembangan Pendidikan Tinggi di Pondok Pesantren , (2) Implementasi strategi pengembanga pendidikan tinggi di pondok pesantren, dan (3) Dampak strategi pengembangan pendidikan tinggi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis studi kasus dengan rancangan multi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian dan verifikasi data, selanjutnya membagi menjadi satuan-satuan yang dapat dikelola, mencari pola, menemukan apa yang bermakna dan apa yang diteliti dan dilaporkan secara sistematis secara kasus tunggal dan analisas lintas kasus. Kemudian data dicek dengan menggunakan standar kridebilitas, transfermabilitas, komfermabilitas dan dependabilitas.
Temuan lintas kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah; Pertama, Perencanaan strategi memiliki basis nilai (b) mengambarkan harapan yang ingin dicapai, menunjukkan posisi dan eksestensi yang mengandung nilai inti tujuan inti. Misi sebagai upaya penguatan organisasi dan manajemen serta inovatif, (c) tujuan institusi instruktusional dan personal, (d) arah dan program unggulan berorientasi pada pengembangan fisik dan non fisik. Kedua, (a) implementasi yang diikat oleh nilai dan jiwa kebersamaan, pegabdian, bertanggung jawab, ikhlas dan istiqomah, (b) kepemimpinan kolegial, (c) Struktur pengelolaan yang berjenjang, (d) sistem operasional yang efektif, informatif, terbuka, efesiensi anggaran dan melakukan pengawasan terhadap kualitas, (e) strategi yang melibatkan stakeholder, administratif dan komunikatif, (f) Staff yang Profesional, memiliki semangat kewirausahaan dan ber integritas, (g) ketrampilan yang berwawasan, bermoral dan menguasai ilmu dan teknologi, (h) melakukan evaluasi dan refleksi secara berkala dengan sistem terbuka. Ketiga, (a) Partisipasi dengan kebanggaan, keikhlasan, dan bertangungjawab, rasa keterikatan kepuasan dan semangat kerja, (3)Mutu lulusan yang memiliki (1) komunikatif efektif secara personal, inter personal, dan intrapersonal, (2) memiliki kemandirian dan menjadi pemecah masalah dalam masyarakat, (3) lulusan yang ulama’, umara’, dan intelektual serta memiliki daya saing, maka ditemukan Manajemen Strategi Transformatif.
ABSTRACT
This research is addressed to find: (1) the planning development strategy of higher education at the institution of “Pesantren”, (2) the implementation of development strategy in higher education at the institution of “Pesantren”, and (3) the impact development strategy of higher education.
This research use qualitative approach with study device of multi-case. The data collecting technique use circumstantial interview, participant observation and documentation. The activity of data analysis conducted with analyzing data, arranging data and dividing to become set of units which be able to be managed, searching pattern, finding what having a meaning, what having an analyzing and reported systematically as single-case and analysis by cross-case. Then, check the data by using standard of credibility, transformability and conformability of dependability.
This research finding; First, (a) planning of strategy have base of religious value, nationality, social and scientific, (a) vision depict expectation which wish to be reached, showing position, existences and also have purpose and value of main core. Mission as reinforcement effort of organization and management innovative, (c) the aims of institution instructional and personal, (d) direction and special program oriented at physical and non physical development. Second, (a) the implementation bound by togetherness soul and value, devotion, responsibility, sincerely and istiqomah, (b) collegial leadership which, (c) structure of management which have grade, (d) effective operational system, informative, open, efficiencies of budgeting and conducting of quality control, (e) strategy involve of the stakeholder, communicative and administrative, (f) professional staff, owning the spirit and entrepreneurship which have integrity, (g) skill which have vision, moral and mastering of technology, (h) to evaluate and periodical reflected with open system. Third, (a) pride participation, candidness, and responsibility, feel binding, satisfaction and spirit of activity, (b) Quality of grad have; (1) communicative effective by personal, interpersonal, and intrapersonal, (2) owning independence and become problem solver in social issue, (3) graduated which ulama’( moslem scholar'), umara', and intellectual which have competitiveness, hence found Management Strategy of Transformative
