Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengembangan budaya berprestasi di madrasah. Budaya berprestasi merupakan tradisi yang sudah terbentuk, sebagai pendukung tercapainya kualitas proses, guna nendapat hasil yang membanggakan.
Ada tiga pertanyaan yang ingin dijawab dalam penelitian ini yakni, (1) perencanaan strategi kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan budaya berprestasi (2) pelaksanaan strategi kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan budaya berprestasi dan (3) pengembangan budaya berprestasi di madrasah.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dirancang dengan studi multi kasus. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data meliputi; (1) pengamatan dan berperan serta; (2) wawancara mendalam; (3) dokumentasi. Sedangkan informannya dipilih teknik purposif, dipadukan snowball sampling. Data tersebut diperiksa, dilakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan diskusi sejawat, triangulasi data dan triangulasi sumber data. Setelah data diperiksa secara keseluruhan, kemudian dianalisis masing-masing kasus dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis lintas kasus.
Penelitian ini diperoleh temuan-temuan, yakni; Pertama, perencanaan strategi kepala madrasah yang digunakan meliputi; (1) pengoptimalan sumber daya mausia (2) menyusun analisis SWOT (3) mengawali dari merumuskan konsep setengah matang, kemudian diplenokan dengan dewan guru sampai ditemukan kata sepakat (4) melakukan kegiatan saling mengingatkan ketika mengetahui pelanggaran (5) menyusun kebijakan yang disesuaikan dengan situasi kondisi lembaga dengan mempertimbangkan komponen struktur dan sistem. Kedua, pelaksanaan strategi kepala madrasah yang dilakukan meliputi; (1) interaksi sosial dengan warga madrasah secara fleksibel (2) pemberian motivasi kepada warga madrasah (3) pemberian reward kepada yang berprestasi, dan selalu saling mengingatkan jika terjadi pelanggaran. Ketiga, (1) melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program kerja (2) penyampaian gagasan yang inovatif sebagai bahan modifikasi. Keempat, pengembangan budaya berprestasi di madrasah dilakukan dengan cara; (1) mempertahankan dan mengembangkan sistem nilai tradisi yang sudah ada yakni; semangat, berfikir/berkarya ilmiah, perubahan, kebiasaan baik, jujur, disiplin, tauladan, kerjasama, dan tawakkal, yang didasari iman takwa.
Adapun bentuk pengembangan budaya berprestasi di madrasah adalah, pengajaran pondok pesantren, tahajud calling, berfikir berkarya ilmiah, inovasi, guru berusaha maksimal agar siswanya menjadi yang terbaik, tradisi bersaing untuk menjadi yang terbaik, baik tingkat kabupaten, provinsi maupun nasional.
ABSTRACT
This research investigates the developing performance culture at Islamic School. Performance culture is a tradition that has been available by conviction kondosif as supporting of achieving the quality of process, so it gains the priding result.
There are three questions that will be answered in this research, 1) the planning of principal strategy in developing performance culture 2) the implementation of principal strategy in developing performance culture 3) the developing of performance culture at Islamic school.
This study used a qualitative approach that is designed with multi-case study. Techniques used in collecting data include: (1) observation and participating, (2) in-depth interviews, (3) documentation. While informants purposively selected techniques, combined snowball sampling. The data examined, performed data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Checking the validity of the data is done by peer discussion, triangulation of data and triangulation of data sources. Once the data is examined in its entirety, and then analyzed each case and proceed with the cross-case analysis.
This study obtained findings, namely: First, the principal strategic planning used include: (1) optimization of resources mausia (2) develop a SWOT analysis (3) began to formulate the concept of half-baked , then diplenokan with teachers board to find words agree (4) conducting remind each other when knowing violation (5) develop policies that are tailored to the situation by considering the condition of the institution of structural components and systems. Second , the implementation of principal strategies undertaken include: (1) social interaction with people in a flexible madrasah (2) madrasah providing motivation to the people (3) giving to the achievement reweard, and always remind each other in case of infringement. Third, (1) to evaluate the implementation of the work program (2) the delivery of innovative ideas as a material modification. Fourth, the development of culture of achievement at the school is done by: (1) maintain and develop the value system of the existing tradition; spirit, thinking/scientific work, changes, good habits, honest, discipline, role model, collaboration, and resignation, which is based faith piety.
The forms of cultural development is outstanding at the school, teaching boarding pondhok, tahajud calling, think the scientific work, innovation, teacher maximum effort in order to be the best students, the tradition of competitiveness to be the best, both at district, provincial and national levels.
